A camp kitchen that boils at 9,000 feet
Remote canister, wide arms, a piezo that clicks when you need it.
Most canister stoves are a science project at altitude. The Ember is a burner with a wide pot support and a piezo that still sparks with gloves on. Two minutes to a rolling boil at 9,000 feet in our last test.
It folds smaller than a mug, clips into the Switchback lid, and does not wobble under a 1.5 L pot. Pair it with the Summit 2P if you want the weekend kit without a gear-list essay.
